Opening Hours
We are open for drop offs and collections every day from 9am – 12.30 pm and 1.30pm – 4pm.
For viewings we are open from 11am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 4pm.
What's the daily routine for the dogs?
The day begins at around 8am when all the dogs are walked (individually on leads), kennels and runs are thoroughly cleaned and dogs have breakfast. All the dogs have permanent access to an individual outside run from their kennel. The dogs are exercised, cleaned and fed again in the afternoon. Dogs are put to bed at dusk, after they have received a final check, clean, and a bed time biscuit.
Staff duties include spending as much time as possible with the dogs both in their kennels and playing off lead in our grassed, outdoor, fenced exercise paddock. We and our lovely, caring staff are passionate about the health and well-being of all our boarders.
What about vaccinations?
All licensed boarding kennels are legally required to verify that vaccinations are up to date. Please remember that it is essential that you check in advance that your pet is vaccinated and that you bring the vaccination record with you. You are welcome to scan and email it to us in advance if this is more convenient. Unfortunately no animal can be accepted for boarding without an up to date vaccination.
Can I bring my pet's own bedding or blanket?
We provide all bedding which is freshly laundered every few days or as necessary but of course you are welcome to bring a blanket, provided it can be washed.
Can I bring my pet's own toys?
Yes, we want your pet to be as comfortable and happy as they can be during their stay with us but please do not bring anything too valuable or precious. We do provide a variety of toys for all our residents and know the favourites of our regular boarders!
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes they do. All prices published are inclusive of VAT and food. There are no extra charges.
Do you take diabetic dogs?
No, sorry we don’t accept diabetic dogs who need injections.
What time can I drop off/pick up?
09:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:00 every day
Do you walk the dogs?
Yes, we do. The dogs are walked daily. We have our own walking field where our guests are walked individually (or together, if they are from the same home, with the owner’s permission). We also have a secure, fenced paddock where dogs can enjoy off lead exercise and one-to-one play time during their stay.
Can I bring along my own pet food for my cat or dog?
Yes, of course we are more than happy for you to bring along your own pet food. Please ensure it’s clearly labelled with the name of your pet and is suitably contained for safe storage.
Raw Food
We do have fridge and freezer space to store raw food but do require advance notice and would prefer it to be portioned for ease of use.
What age to you take cats and dogs from?
We take pets from 16 weeks of age.
What if my dog is on medication?
All our staff are competent and used to administering general medication. Please ensure that all medication is labelled with name, clear instructions, and in a suitable container. There is no extra charge for this service.
What about payment?
All payment must be made on or before collection. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers in advance.
